I have been helping buyers and sellers throughout Central Virginia since 1994. As a full-time real estate professional, I am passionate about providing excellent service and helping my clients achieve their real estate goals.

Over the years, I have earned local and national awards for sales excellence, but I am most proud of the relationships I have built with my clients and the referrals they continue to send my way. My experience, market knowledge, and strong negotiation skills help make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible.

I serve clients throughout Powhatan, Amelia, Chesterfield, Cumberland, and Goochland counties. I specialize in residential homes, farms, land, new construction, foreclosures, short sales, and rural commercial properties.

As a lifelong Powhatan resident, I know the area and the local market well. My husband, son, and I are active in our church and community, and when I’m not working, I enjoy gardening, spending time outdoors, and caring for our many pets.

Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, I'd love the opportunity to put my experience and local knowledge to work for you.
